The Officer or EEO Officer, the evidence should be marked with the date and forwarded to the EEO Officer, after telephone notification, once the EEO Officer recieves the marterial the EEO Officer will sent acknowledgement to the officer that sent the material.
If the officer completes a Harassment, discrimination report, does it need intermediate endorcements, and should the Officer keep a copy to place in the UFS
