Brownstone Cellar Fire First Line
First line stretched through the front door on the first floor, then down to the cellar via the interior cellar stairs to extinguish the fire. If the fire has control of the first floor, or the first floor and the cellar, the first line must be stretched to the second floor by way of the outside stairs.
