Officer & 2 CFR-D trained FF’s (with trauma bag and C-collars) proceed to accident. The remaining FF’s stretch and charge a precautionary handline.

Officer & inside team proceed to accident for a perimeter survey. If Engine is not on scene, stabilize patient. The roof and OV will bring the Hurst Tool to the scene. LCC blocks traffic and brings additional tools to the scene as needed.
