Define an “A.B.R.” School: (3.1)
Schools in substantial or complete compliance with F.P. Directive 2/84
Define an “A.B.R. In Process” School: (3.2)
Schools not substantially in compliance with F.P. Directive 2/84, with non-ambulatory students possibly in attendance on floors below and/or above the 1st floor. An Individualized Safety Plan (I.S.P.) is required for these schools.
Define a “Non-A.B.R.” School: (3.3)
Schools without plans for compliance. Non-ambulatory students may be in attendance above and/or below the 1st floor.
