What is critical equipment?

A

Critical equipment refers to machinery, systems, or components onboard a ship or marine vessel that are essential for the safety, operation, and seaworthiness of the vessel.

Critical equipment are items that we have no redundancy for. This can be found in the vessels SMS, our onboard server and our PMS System.
