o Replace ink / toner
Incorrect Paper Size
o Check the printer to see what size it supports
o Ensure app knows what size paper it is printing on
o Ensure the trays have the right paper size
Paper not Feeding / Multipage Misfeed
o Replace pickup roller
o Check paper weight
Multiple Prints Pending in Queue
o Print spooler service is jammed & needs to restart
o Restart PC or the service
Double / Echo Image on the Print
o Ghosting on page
o Drum is not getting cleaned after a print cycle
o Replace toner cartridge generally fixes this
Incorrect Color Settings
o Check = correct ink
—3rd Party Ink = different color
o Ink cartridge is in correct slot [blue is in blue]
o Check app
o Calibrate the printer
Finishing Issues
o Staple jams = inspect stapling mechanism
o Hole punch = inspect hole punch mechanism
Incorrect Page Orientation
o App or printer is set to the incorrect orientation
o Restart spooler / restart PC
