What is an endocrine cause of hypotension?
Adrenal insufficiency

Withdrawal from a long-term course of corticosteroids
How will adrenal insufficiency effect electrolytes?
Electrolytes will tend towards hyperkalaemia and hyponatraemia
How do you treat severe acute hypotension secondary to adrenal insufficiency?
Hydrocortisone 100 mg via IV injection stat
