A

Estimated Average Requirement(EAR): Eating this amount meets needs of 50% of populations

Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA): Eating this amount meets needs of 97% of populations

Adequate Intake (AI): RDA but when evidence is insufficient it set RDA

Tolerable Upper Limit (TUL/UL): Highest amount that won’t be bad
