    - Pre-Medication- 2-5mg, slow IV, IO, IM
    - Post Intubation- 2-5 mg q 5-10 minutes slow IV, IO 
    - Seizure- 2-6mg IV, 10 mg IM, 10 IN

Pedi:
0.2mg/kg slow IV, max dose 10mg
