Adult:
0.3mg/kg IV/IO over 15-30 seconds
Pedi:
0.3mg/kg IV/IO over 15-30 seconds

Precautions
A
Consider alternate sedative in patients with severe asthma

Drug-Drug Interactions
A
May prolong respiratory depression and apnea with Verapamil
