List the different causes of Vaginitis and how to differentiate between them as well as the treatment for each case.
A
○ Smelly - bacterial vaginosis, fish odor on KOH, grey discharge, clue cells,
metronidazole
○ Itchy - candida, white discharge, positive culture, fluconazole
○ Itchy and smelly - trichomonas, frothy discharge, dysuria, wet mount
positive, metronidazole
○ Can also be gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes simplex
