-Treatment:
○ “Treat the pregnant as if nonpregnant”
○ Adjust doses every 4 weeks, check TSH once per trimester.
○ Propylthiouracil is probably preferred over methimazole because latter is
teratogenic

• Risks:
  ○IUGR
  ○Cretinism
  ○Stillbirth
