How is fallen stock disposed of?

A
  • Burial/open burning is not permitted
  • Collection by approved transporter: knacker, hunt kennel, maggot farm, incinerator, renderer
  • Carcasses over 48 months must be tested for BSE
  • Animals by products must be transported in covered leakproof container
