  1. Asymptomatic no pain, no redness
  2. Vision loss (variable)

A
  1. Retinal cotton wool spots
  2. Widespread hemorrhages covering retinal surface and dilated/tortuous veins
    *blood and thunder

What is the treatment of retinal vein occlusion

A
  1. Find and treat the risk factors
  2. Regular visits to the ophthalmologist
    *monitor for development of neovascular i toon
    *monitor IOP
