A
  1. Onset in one eye the the other
  2. Copious mucopurulent discharge
  3. Eyelids stuck shut or matted together in the morning
  4. Cornea is clear
  5. Pupils size is normal
  6. Nor pre-auricular lymphadenopathy

A

Possible gram stain and C&S
*gonorrhea is an ophthalmologic emergency

A

Self-limited (last 10-14 days if untreated)
1. ATB dos or ointment TID for 3 days
2. Artificia tear, cold compress
