A
- Corneal injury involving plant material (common in argricultural setting)

What are the signs of fungal keratitis
A
- Superficial painless ulcer, grayish infiltrate, marked inflammation
*feathery appearance
*satelliate lesions
*multiple stromal abscesses - Hyopyon
*accumulation of white blood cells tat form a whitish layer of fluids in the lower portion of the eyes anterior chamber)

What needs to happen if a patient presents with a Fungal keratitis
A
Emergent referral for ophthalmology
1. Scrapings form ulcer
*KOH Hyphae present
2. Corneal grafting often required

What ATB to use for fungal keratitis
A
- Natamycin
- Amphotericin
- Voriconzaole (topical)
- Systemic imidazole
