Knee extender
Hip flexor
What movement are the triceps responsible for?
Extension at the elbow
What movement are the palmar flexor responsible for?
Flexion of digits in forelimb

Name thee muscles that are Extensors of the
carpus & digits
extensor carpi radialis abductor pollicis longus common digital extensor lateral digital extensor ulnaris lateralis
Name thee muscles that are flexors of the
carpus & digits
flexor carpi radialis
superficial digital flexor
deep digital flexor
flexor carpi ulnaris
Describe the blood supply in the forelimb
Axillary artery to Brachial artery to Median artery to Radial artery to Palmar digital artery
Radial nerve,
C7-T2, motor to extensors of elbow, carpus and digits, sensory to skin on dorsal and lateral forearm and dorsal paw
Suprascapular nerve,
C6-7, motor to supra and infraspinatus (shoulder stabilisers)
Axillary nerve,
C6-8, motor to Teres major and minor, deltoid and subscapularis (shoulder flexors), sensory to skin over dorsal brachium
Musculocutaneous nerve,
C7, motor to elbow flexors, sensory to skin on medial forearm
Median and ulnar nerves,
C8-T2, motor to flexors of carpus and digit, sensory to skin and pads of paw
