People over age of 18. Underaged individuals require parent/guardian to give consent

What are the purposes of PAR-Q?
- Important for assessing person’s suitability for completing certain fitness tests
- Help reduce risk of injury or illness to person completing test
What is done in a PAR-Q?
Individual will fill out form and check for issues and then be checked by a doctor
Which groups of people are PAR-Q particularly vital for?
- Older people
- People with known health issues
- People with history of injury
