In those instances when the storage/impoundment is determined to be valid and a request is made by the RO, LO, or their agent to appeal the decision, Area personnel shall assist the RO, LO, or their agent by providing the following:(1) For claims of less than $________, the RO, LO, or their agent shall be provided a CHP 287.
