What are the characteristics of a General Emergency?
- Imminent/ Actual substantial CORE DAMAGE or MELTING w/ Potential loss of CNTMT integrity
- Hostile Actions with loss of control of facility
- Release expected to exceed EPA limits OFF-SITE
When is ERO acitvated?
- Alert or Higher
What is the time limit for staffing ERO?
- 120 minutes if off-site
- 60 minutes during normal working hours
When are PARs made to the State?
- General Emergency

- Short radiological release
