• Check Bistable trip lights (B05) not lit or in bypass (normally dark)
• Check Initiation relay lights (B05) are lit
• Check ARC signal lamps (top of PPS cabinets A/B) are lit

• Restore systems
• IF HPSI/LPSI ran >1hr on mini-flow notify engineering
