What is the format of a REC call involving dangerous/hazardous goods?

Nature of emergency (including any lines obstructed or overhead isolation required)
Required response (Details of hazardous goods on vehicle using placard)
ID any hazards

Put brake into emergency
Am I okay to continue?
Make a TEC or REC (if affects other trains)
Not okay: Request relief
Okay: Travel at reduced speed until comfortable
Arrival at FSS and not okay: DAO to cover shift
Complete an incident report
