Charity Auction on the 3rd Sunday of November. Tradition started in 1457 when Jean Guillotte le Verrier donated vines to the Hotel Dieu built by Nicolas Rolin.

The cuvees are usually vineyard blends named after the benefactor - mostly 1er Cru or Grand Crus. Aged in the Cuverie in Beaune until removed by the buyer. The current Winemaker is Ludivine Griveau. Best way to purchase a cuvee is to find out who did the elevage.
