Acetylcholine works on Parasympathetic pathways

REST, DIGEST, SECRETE symptoms

Bronchospasm
Bradycardia
Muscle weakness

Diarrhoea

Urinary incontinence
Salivation
Lacrimation (tears flow)
Emesis

Why does inhibiting acetylcholine breakdown enzymes help dementia?

A

By stopping breakdown acetylcholine in brain

It increases, therefore more communication can occur between nerve cells!
