What is the hot zone?
Any area that requires an SCBA, a charged hose line, and PPE, and has the risk of becoming lost trapped or injured
Who will ensure that the daily CAD roster, and PASSPORTS, and Helmet tags reflects the members on the truck?
Company Officer. It is also their responsibility to makes sure their crew stays intact on an incident
Crews arriving on scene should remain intact. What is a minimum crew size and what must each member have?
2 or more members / A radio
Crews will go in together stay together and come out together. What must all crews have to enter a hot zone?
A Supervisor

Who may be an Accountability Officer?

The first arriving company will announce accountability location in a follow up after the on scene report. THis report includes what?

What must command give in addition to an assignment to later arriving crews in regards to accountability?

What is a PAR for a Company Officer and a Sector Officer?
Company Officer: visual confirmation that members are present
Sector Officer: Accounting for all crew members of all companies operating in their sector. Should be conducted face to face when possible
When is it required to obtain a PAR?
1: Any report of missing or trapped firefighter
2: Any change from offensive to defensive
3: Any sudden hazardous event (flash over collapse)
4: When an “All Clear” is declared
5: Every 30 minutes of elapse time
6: At report of “Fire Under Control”
7: Anytime command feels necessary
