A

Agonist-antagonist
Kappa - agonist / mu - antagonist
Moderate to severe pain
Supra therapeutic doses = effect mimicking psychosis
Precipitates withdrawal symptoms in pt dependent on opioids
INCREASED CARDIAC WORKLOAD = ADR
