Relations: in spermatic cord
A
- Lies in spermatic cord posterior part
- Easily felt among cord constituents because of its thick muscular wall

Relations: in inguinal canal
A
- Enters canal through superficial inguinal ring and leaves it at deep inguinal ring
- It passes lateral to inferior epigastric vessels, then bends medial behind it

Relations: in pelvis wall
A
- It passes downwards and backwards
- Crosses:
- External iliac vessels
- Obliterated umbilical artery
- Obturator nerve and vessels
then it crosses ureter medial at ischial spine

Relations: on bladder base
A
- Runs medial and downwards
- Terminal part is dilated forming vas ampulla which is related to:
- Lateral: Seminal vesicle
- Anterior: Bladder base
- Posterior: Rectum

Artery of vas from inferior vesical artery or superior vesical artery
