- Both layers of broad ligament are continuous with each other
- It contains fallopian tube in its medial 4/5 and its lateral 1/5 is
called suspensory ligament of ovary (infundibulo-pelvic ligament) which contains ovarian neurovascular bundle

A
Attached to pelvic floor where both layers diverge and become continuous with peritoneum lining pelvic floor
