- Represents gubernaculum lower fibrosed part attached anteroinferior to uterine cornu
- It passes via deep inguinal ring, inguinal canal, then via superficial inguinal ring to end in labium majus
- It maintains uterus anteverted anteflexed position

A
- Represents gubernaculum upper fibrosed part
- Attached posteroinferior to uterine cornu connecting uterus to ovary lower pole

A
- Peritoneal fold formed of 2 layers
- Extend from uterus lateral border to pelvic lateral wall where it becomes continuous with parietal peritoneum
