A

Bismuth(Pepto bysmal).

Hydration(fluid and salt intake is essential). Oral rehydration solution is preferred.

4 mg after first loose stool, 2 after each subsequent loose stool(up to 16 mg per day script, 8 per day OTC). BSS is another treament option. Azithromycin can be used(macrolides, quinolones, or rifaximin).
