What are your second generation antihistamines?
Budesonide is rhinocort, Fluticasone is flonase. Budesonide is the preferred nasal steroid in pregnancy.
First generation antihistamine. 25-50mg PO q4-6h. Do not use in younger than 6. Somnolence, cognitive impairment, anticholinergic effects.
Cetirizine(zyrtec), Levocetirizine(xyzal), Fenofexadine(allegra), Loratadine(claritin). Fexofenadine do not take with juice. In pregnancy, loratadine and cetirizine are preferred. Cetirizine and levocetirizine have fast onset but higher sedation. Olopatadine is patanase.

Olopatadine(Patanase) RX only. Oxymetazoline(Afrin). Side effect is rhinitis medicamentosa(rebound congestion if used longer than 3 days).
Delsym, DayQuil. Should not be used within 14 days of MAOI, serotonin syndrome, Robitussin DM.
