Rebound PH warning, Chronic IV infusions can cause infections, vasodilation reactions, flushing, jaw pain, infusion site pain. Parenteral agents are most potent, avoid interruptions in therapy. Avoid large sudden dose reduction, must protect epoporstenol form light during infusion, flolan requires ice packs for stability,

A

CI’d in pregnancy due to embry fetal toxiciy, must have negative pregnancy test and monthly ther after. Hepatotoxicity, lower hgb/hct, fluid retention, headache. Bosentan can decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives.

Sildenafil(revatio or viagara), Tadalafil(adcirca or cialis), hearing loss, use with nitrates or riociguat CI’d, vision loss, NAION, priapism, hypotension, headache.

Sensitizes sCG and stimulate the receptor, negative pregnancy warning, hypotension, headache.
