Avoid cyclosporine with atorvastatin. Simvastatin Max 10(verapamil, dilti, dronedarone), Max 20( amio, amlo, lomitapide, ranolazine). Lova Max 20-40, all listed plus danazol and ticagrelor. Colchicine has also shown to have myopathy when coadministered.

Take fenoglide and lipofen with meals. Severe liver disease including primary biliary cirrhosis and gall bladder disease CI’d, watch for myopathy(increased when co administered with a statin). Dyspepsia, Can increase ldl when TG are high. May increase effects of sulfonylureas and warfarin, Gemfibrozil should not be given with ezetimibe or statins.
