Alcohol, Bupropion, Caffeine, Decongestants, Diuretics, Fluoxetine if taken late in the day, steroids, stimulants, varenicline.
Melatonin or Valerian.
Benzos, LOT benzos in the elderly. OTC drugs are an option. EZ tip is Eszopiclone and Zolpidem for all 3 problems.

Eszopiclone is lunesta and Zolpidem is Ambien, Ambien CR and Edluar and Intermezzo. They increase GABA at benzo receptors. Increased risk of CNS depression, potential for abuse and dependency, Somnolence, dizziness, ataxia, parasomnias, preferred over benzos.
Orexin receptor antagonist, blocks the orexin neuropeptide which promotes wakefulness.
Ramelteon (Rozerem) not a controlled substance, somnolence.

Dopamine agonists like pramipexole (mirapex) and ropinirole (requip). Rotigotine (Neupro) is a patch. Gabapentin can also help for PHN and RLS.
Stimulants like modafinil or xyrem (sodium oxybate). Rash in these can be life threatening.
What to know about Sodium Oxybate?
Derived from GABA and used with narcolepsy with cataplexy. C-3 for narcolepsy. This is a date rape drug. Restricted access through the Xyrem REMS program.
