LATTIN. Lorazepam, Amiodarone, Tacrolimus, Taxanes, Insulin, Nitroglycerin.

ACID APE dips his bananas in salt, no dextrose for him. Ampicillin, Caspofungin, Infliximab, Daptomycin, Ampicillin/Sulbactam,Pheytoin, Ertapenem.

BOAS will strangle. Bactrim, Oxaliplatin, Amphotericin B, Synercid.

DENMP. Doxycycline, Epoprostenol, Nitroprusside, Micafungin, Phytonadione.
