Dose dependent. Most common Type B is unpredictable and unrelated to pharmacologic actions.

Amiodarone, Diuretics, Methotrexate, Oral and topical retinoids, Quinolones, St. John’s wort, Sulfa antibiotics, Tacrolimus, Tetracyclines, Voriconazole.

Clopidogrel, Ticlopidine.

What is always in anaphylaxis treatment?

A

Allopurinol, Lamotrigine, Penicillins, Phenytoin, Piroxicam, Sulfamethoxazole.

Epinephrine, diphenhydramine, steroids, IV fluid.
