if we get the same reward after imitating the behaviour we observed it increases our self efficacy
What is meant by social persuasion?
Receiving positive verbal feedback
How does social persuasion influence our self efficacy?
They believe that they have the skills and capabilities to succeed. This overcomes self-doubt and persuades a person that they can achieve success.
