Add TEET = Total elapsed time
Add SARTIME

• Be generous with time to cancel (60mins+ post LDG time)
• Set and alarm

How do you cancel SARTIME?

You can tell TWR to cancel SARTIME
You can call CENSAR (1800 814 931) with your LDG time, destination and call sign
You can do it through NAIPS as well

What additional prep/admin is required for NAV events?

Answer 4

Photocopy finished map, one for QFI (just staple doesn’t have to be super good)
Load up the PMM, let OPS know prior to the event

What is SPFIB and how can it be used?

A “Specific Pre-Flight Information Bulletin” is a tool which allows students to request specific MET and NOTAM packages for a fight and will provide you with all the data required
