Fuel - Contents/balance/transfer
Engine - Check MFD/EMD
Pressurisation - Monitor
Oxy* - Flow, blinker, EO (Check rear)
What is the ALAP cycle?
Attitude - Confirm correct
Lookout - scan from L/R wing tip for traffic
Attitude - Confirm correct
Performance - Scan between alt, heading (HSI) and IAS
What are the trim procedures?
Select (the attitude that you want)
Hold (the stick/rudder pedals to confirm control forces)
Trim (so that control forces are removed and a hands free attitude is maintained)
For moving LDG Gear, Air brake and Flaps, what is checked to confirm function?
Limitation- Confirm below 180KIAS
Operation- Confirm you are moving the right level/switch/handle
Indication- Confirm change by reference of digital indication on the MFDs/LGCU

Horizon halfway up the HUD @ 53% TQ
What is the T/O attitude and PWR?
UFCP in line with the horizon, approx +10º pitch, PCL full FWD
What is the rough climb attitude, IAS and PWR setting?
