How is G maintained evenly throughout the loop?

A

The pilot increases back pressure as the airspeed reduces effectively increasing AoA to maintain G’s before. On the way down from the loop back pressure is released as the IAS increases.

What is the sequence of events for a loop?

A
  1. Identify the line feature
  2. Set 80-85% TQ
  3. 250KIAS dive attitude (HUD glass on the Hz)
  4. @220KIAS “Clear above”
  5. @250KIAS through Hz
  6. Pitch 4G, wings level
  7. Inverted, aim for line feature
  8. Adjust G to capture 250KIAS on level off
