Binds to and displaces inhibitors of GABA neurotransmitter receptors causing rapidly inducing sedation without histamine release. Rapid sedations with few respiratory or cardiovascular effects.

In an RSI application, hypersensitivity.

Respiratory Depression

0.3 mg/kg
