A
- None in cardiac arrest
- Hypovolemia
- Tachydysrhythmia
- Relative: heart disease, tachycardia, hypertension

Epinephrine Adult Dose?
A
- Cardiac arrest: 1 mg 1:10,000 IV/IO every 3-5 minutes
- Anaphylaxis/severe bronchospasm: 0.3-0.5 mg 1:1,000 IM
- Shock/bradycardia: 2-10 mcg/min IV/IO infusion

Epinephrine Pediatric Dose?
A
- Cardiac arrest: 0.01 mg/kg (0.1ml/kg) 1:10,000 IV/IO every 3-5 minutes
- Anaphylaxis/severe bronchospasm: 0.01 mg/kg 1:1,000 IM
- Shock/bradycardia: 0.1-1.0 mcg/kg/min IV/IO infusion

A
Adults have no maximum. Pediatric is 0.3 mg/kg for anaphylaxis and symptomatic bradycardia.
