What is part 3 of replication
When the activated nucleotides are bound they are joined together in a condemnation reaction by DNA polymerase which makes phosphodiester bond to form missing polynucleotide strand on original dna strand
Why is it called semi conservative
Each new dna molecules contains original dna strand half the original dna strand has been saved and built into each of new dna molecules
