Plaques are plateau like lesions which may progress to

Due to rubbing
Solid, elevated, ellipsoidal, differs in depth involvement. Deeper than papule.
Substantive palpability
Nodule
Rounded, flat topped PAPULE or plaque, transient and evanescent
Uritacaria, WHEAL, hives
Edema produced by escape of plasma thru vessels in upper portion of dermis
Urticaria, wheal, hives
Fluid filled
Vesicles or bulla
Pus filled
Pustules
