young males (under 25) with “chunk of bone” in a normal location - usually knee
type of hamartoma of bone

-multinucleated giant cells resemble osteoclasts
young adults 20-40 yo
Soap bubble on XR
distal femur, proximal tibia most common sites

teans 10-20, adults over 65
XR: cowman’s triangle, sunburst pattern

A
males under 15
Aggressive
surface of cortical bone
XR: onion skin

A
"Permanently Relocated Tumors that like bone" Prostate - blastic RCC - lytic Testes Thyroid - lytic Lung - lytic or blastic Breast - lytic or blastic
Sx: bone pain, epidural spinal cord compression
hypercalcemia in lytic types
