INTRADERMAL NEVI
- flesh colored elevated papule
- no symptoms, no treatment required.
ABCDEs of lesions
asymmetry, border, color, diameter (lesion is greater than 6mm in diameter), evolving.
This is a benign nevus present at birth or within the first few weeks of life. often flat and tan in color. most are elevated lesions with brown pigmentation.
primary morphology:
CONGENITAL MELAOCYTIC NEVUS (that tiktok guy with birthmark that can grow hair is a congenital melanocytic nevus)
- usually a papule or plaque.

junctional is flat macule, and compound is elevated papule
