- for deeper seated lesions, consider doxycyclin in addition to retinoid and a benzoyl peroxide.
- if it doesn’t work, consider oral course of Abx for 3 months. Patients taking oral tetracycline antibiotics should be cautioned regarding photosensitivity and the need for sun protection and avoidance.
