TFD Battalion Chiefs shall be responsible for

    EVAP re-certification and documentation by June 30 of each year.
  2. Compiling EVAP documentation for personnel in their battalions and forwarding the complete file to the Training Center support staff.
  3. Ensuring that personnel who have lost driving privileges or who are not in compliance with the requirements of this policy do not drive TFD vehicles or apparatus.
