A

Any solid, liquid or gas used, stored or

upon exposure during use, storage or disposal.

  1. When ordering a new hazardous chemical or material, request two copies of the MSDS.
    a. If an MSDS is not available, contact the Safety Office for assistance in acquiring
  2. Place one copy in the Station/Facility MSDS notebook.
  3. Update the inventory at the front of the MSDS notebook.
  4. Forward a copy of the new MSDS to the TFD Safety Office.
