Disorder of osteoblasts (bone secreting) - creates sclerotic thickened bone
Men - late adulthood
Bony pain (spine and pelvis in particular), abnormally big head
Flame shaped lesion along the shaft of bone
Isolated raised ALP
Bisphosphnates (bone turnover supressor)
Pepper-pot skull
Hyperparathyroidism
